Breakfast

I just can’t bring myself to eat breakfast. Everybody is so adament about it, but I’m just not hungry in the mornings and more often then not I just get a tummy ache. I’m much safer with a small brunch and a mid-afternoon lunch :)

She’s Back

Every time I try to lose weight, I try to do it in a healthy way. But I just can’t stop myself. My caloric intake each day seems to get lower and lower. As of right now I am net 425 calories for the day, and I think to myself “Wow what a good job I have done!” And I don’t want to spoil that accomplishment by eating more.
